Community Themes and Strengths Assessment is a vital part of the community health improvement process. Community thoughts, opinions, and concerns are gathered providing insight into issues of importance to the community. Feedback about quality of life in the community and community assets are also gathered. By including Community Benefits and Strengths in the MAPP process several benefits are gained:
