Loup Basin Public Health Department

Danielle Thoene started at the health department in the fall of 2006 as an intern from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  While working part time she was able to work in multiple areas of the health department including emergency management and health education. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in May 2009, Danielle was offered a full time position as Administrative Assistant.

In August of 2011 Danielle was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Emergency Response Coordinator. Her current position requires her to develop emergency response plans for the LBPHD district.  She also coordinates these plans with the Department of Health and Human Services and Emergency Management.
