Lynette Larsen  is the Health Information Coordinator for the Loup Basin Public Health Department.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BA in Communications and a MA in Organizational Communication: Training and Development. Lynette's duties include: grant writing; completing district assessments; compiling, evaluating, and disseminating district health data; and program evaluation.
