Chuck Cone is the Director of the Loup Basin Public Health Department. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Food Science. Chuck has been with the Loup Basin Health Department since 2002.
Chuck has been responsible for building the health department from the ground up. He selected the location of the LBPHD, developed infrastructure and hired staff. Chuck oversees the financial and budget concerns, and organizes the Board of Health meetings. He is also responsible for determining the capacity of the health department to fulfill the ten essential services within the district's public health system. |
